Kesarval
Springs in Goa is close to Panaji at a distance of 22km only
. It is on the Verna plateau across the Panaji-Margao highway.

spot. There were series of steps built here in 1950 , earlier
there was a zigzag path down the hill to come to this spring.

and greenery all around with swaying betel palms, when you
come here from Margao.
Kesarval Springs has been developed by the Tourism Department
as a tourist spot. You will find here rolling uplands with
terraces leading to a forested area of the countryside.
Kesarval Springs can be reached from Mapusa and Panaji through
the National Highway . Regular bus service is there from Margao
KTC bus depot and there are number of buses running form Mapusa
and Panaji to this place. If you want more adventure come
here by crossing the bridge over the Zuari River.
